Ebony showed Lucas the display about an Austrian village at Christmas time. There was a moving train and a moving ski-lift. I took the pictures. I’m sorry that the quality of my pictures isn’t very good. But the display looked beautiful and Lucas looked at it for quite a while. This display was just part of the Christmas decorations in that German/Austrian Club where we had lunch.

We took some pictures with the whole family outside the club as we were leaving to go to the car-park.

    1. The display of this typical Austrian village at Christmas time looked very impressive, Robert. Unfortunately I could not catch it as well on camera as I would have liked. Of course our Christmas in Australia looks quite different to the one in Austria. We are in the midst of a beautiful summer season now and people love to spend time on the beach.

    1. Hi, Gerard, last Sunday we met the family for lunch to celebrate several family birthdays: One birthday had been on the 26th November, another one on the 1st December and Monika’s birthday is today.
We have been today for afternoon coffee and cake at Monika’s place.
You are right, Gerard, it is always great when we have a chance to meet the family. πŸ™‚

    1. I have been only once in Austria, Ian. Also once in Switzerland. I say, it’s really worth a trip. The mountains are beautiful! πŸ™‚ It would be great to be there for Christmas. We’ve been there only around Easter.
Best wishes to you and Ana!
      Cheerio,

  1. I bet your home is full of Christmas spirit, Aunty Uta, can just imagine πŸ™‚

    Lovely photos (again!) πŸ™‚

    1. Indeed, Noeleen, I unpacked a few Christmas decorations for our home already. πŸ™‚ Our Christmas Tree, well, this has to wait a bit longer. We usually leave this till the last week before Christmas!
I liked all the decorations in the German/Austrian Club.
