These are things that we really ought to recognise instinctively – and therefore act compassionately towards others. Thanks for reflagging this, and highlighting Ajay’s blog.
Thanks for following this up, Cat. It seems to me a good thing if we have the ability to recognise such things instinctively – and of course to act compassionately towards others is a good thing too.
I just wonder if I am on the whole capable to recognise these things instinctively. I fear I might perhaps often misunderstand the actions of others? For sure I’d like to try to understand people better.
I am very grateful that I can here on wordpress voice my concerns and it is so rewarding to find some response to it. Thank you very much, Cat, for your insightful comment! 🙂
Totally agree, dear Uta. I say “we ought” because I think many of us have lost that instinctive understanding that we still find in dogs and horses, for instance.
