I had the change room all to myself. There were not many people at the pool this morning despite the beautiful weather. Maybe they all went to the beach instead? Then I thought, at half past nine some sleepy heads might still be in bed for it is Sunday after all.

Before I went for a swim I took some more pictures.

I did have a lovely swim, staying in the water only till 9,55. Ten minutes later I was outside waiting for Peter to pick me up.
I took this pictures while I was waiting for Peter. But I did not have to wait for very long. He came to pick me up right on time.

I had the change room all to myself. This is why I took a couple of pictures. But maybe I should not have published them? I am not sure whether I need to take them out of the post or not. Peter reminded me, that there is a policy that no pictures are to be taken in change rooms. I actually do agree with this policy on principle.
You have a great swimming pool Uta, love your Brook creek too.
Wonder you and Peter haven’t taken up Bowls, with a club so close.
Great pastime, I used to play Indoor bowls, much the same as outdoors except outdoors is longer.
Cheers

Thanks for your comment, Ian. I feel quite happy that we live in such a beautiful area. I appreciate a lot of the facilities that we have so near to where we live. I think we have been very lucky in choosing this place. On the one hand I feel I would like to live here for the rest of my life, on the other hand I still feel I would probably be able to adapt to new circumstances. I think one thing is for sure, namely that we’re not going to take up Bowls at this late stage in our lives! 🙂 But you are right to wonder why we did not take it up when we had the chance.
Cheers
Uta
Lovely way to spend a sunny Sunday morning – I was one of the sleepy-heads, I’m afraid!
I had not been to the pool for quite some time, Cat. I felt very good that I finally made the effort to go for a swim again. It was really worth the effort. 🙂
A beautiful swimming pool, but Brooks Creek doesn’t look too clean.
Yes, Robert, when it hasn’t rained for a while Brooks Creek dries out a lot. This solar heated swimming pool is indeed a great asset and well looked after. I feel very lucky to have such a beautiful pool close by.
