As far as I can recall, we had no rain last Wednesday. We had first stopped at Bulli Beach and from there we drove further up north along the Sea Cliff Bridge and up to Bald Hill. On the way back we stopped at Austinmer and had there some fish and chips for a late lunch at a nice cafe. At Austinmer there is also a beach and a swimming pool. We liked to take some more pictures at Austinmer Beach.
On that day when we stopped at Austinmer there was hardly anyone at the beach, I would think though that some visitors may appear during the upcoming Easter period.

Further up north we had been at Bald Hill. This area is very popular with Hang Gliders.

April 5 was my birthday! Glad you had such a nice time!
Great to hear from you, dear Robert. I hope you and your wife had a great time celebrating your birthday. One of our granddaughter’s birthday is also on the 5th. She spent her birthday at Melbourne, but may be able to see us for Easter. Our son comes to see us after Easter. His birthday was on the 8th of April. My brother and his wife from Germany are at present staying with us. And some more family is going to visit us over Easter. We are looking forward to this! We enjoy spending time with my brother and sister-in-law. It is like a bit of a holiday for us too. They go back to Germany at the end of the month.
