Tomorrow is the 21st of February, the birthday of Les. One year ago, my age was 89 and five months, and Les turned 86. Les and I had last year nine months of wonderful togetherness. Then this most lovely heart of Les stopped beating, just like that. The last three months without Les have been very lonely for me.

Feast on your memories, Uta.
Yes Catt, it is so good to have all these memories!
I feel this sorrowful moment.
How to express my feelings I don’t know.
I am also sad to know.
Who is Les?
Arun, Les loved me and I loved him. We were blessed that we could have such a wonderful time together in our very old age. I miss him very much now. Of course, we both always thought a lot about our departed spouses. We both had had a very, very long and mostly very happy marriage.
I understand now.
It’s a great loss.
Missing someone loved is a great loss. Stay blessed always.
Regards 🙏
Thank you, Sir, thank you very much for understanding.
Regards 🙏
May your precious memories be a blessing for your soul. ❤️
Thank you very much, dear Jan.
Sorry to hear that, Uta…hope you can cheer up..
Yes, Joe, a lot of phone-calls help me
Yes Joe, a bit of cheering up is welcome.
So very sad. 😦
I’m glad you had the time together that you did. Continue to wrap yourself in your good memories of Les. I’m sure that’s what he would want you to do.
(((HUGS))) ❤️❤️❤️
Oh Aunty Uta, I’m so sorry. I’m very behind in my reading. I hope by now, someone/thing has wiggled into your life to alleviate some of that loneliness.
I am happy, Linda, that there is one special person wo likes to talk with me several times each day!
Good! Your happiness adds to my happiness.
