Auntie, Sister. Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Mother and Wife of German Descent I've lived in Australia since 1959 together with my husband Peter. We have four children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. I started blogging because I wanted to publish some of my childhood memories. I am blogging now also some of my other memories. I like to publish some photos too as well as a little bit of a diary from the present time. Occasionally I publish a story with a bit of fiction in it. Peter, my husband, is publishing some of his stories under berlioz1935.wordpress.com View all posts by auntyuta

Good find Uta!
It’s really amazing, Robyn, how many interesting posts can be found in the blogosphere. I wished I had the stamina to read and remember more of them. In the end I have to choose how much I can cope with. The things I want to write about usually have to do with emotions. Off and on I remember certain incidents I could write about.Too often these ideas about writing are gone before I can write them down! It would be nice if I could get myself to write something every day, even it is only for a few minutes. Since I started blogging I did write probably more than I wrote before blogging took over. Still, I would like to to write on a more regular basis about the things in my life that future generations might like to know. I should really try harder to make it happen. 🙂
