The situation is indeed very worrying, and this article sums it up well. We can only hope and pray that those in control will see sense.
I just wonder, Cat, who is in control of the situation. There is always the danger that those with military might are out to gain control no matter what.
The Minsk ceasefire is one bit of good news. Apparently Poroshenko had no incentive whatsoever to maintain the first ceasefire.
