The “disastrous” pro-corporate trade deal finalized Monday could kill the Internet as we know it, campaigners are warning, as they vow to keep up the fight against the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement between the U.S. and 11 Pacific Rim nations.

Here in New Zealand, the TPPA doesn’t need to be approved by Parliament – it can be approved by cabinet (it already has been).
In the US it must be approved by Congress.
What about Australia? Does Parliament need to approve it?
In Australia both chambers of parliament have to approve it!
