Here is a picture of our lovely baby Caroline with me at North Wollongong Beach.
I am 44 in this photo. I think our dog was already 13Β or 14 years at the time.

Mother and Wife of German Descent
I've lived in Australia since 1959 together with my husband Peter. We have four children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. I started blogging because I wanted to publish some of my childhood memories. I am blogging now also some of my other memories. I like to publish some photos too as well as a little bit of a diary from the present time. Occasionally I publish a story with a bit of fiction in it. Peter, my husband, is publishing some of his stories under berlioz1935.wordpress.com

What a sweet, precious photo, Uta!
And what beautiful faces! All three of you! π
Happy Birthday to Caroline! π
HUGS!!! π
PS…My mom always called me Caroline. π
As always, many thanks for your lovely comments, dear Carolyn! π
We had an Italian friend who used to call her Carolina! π
HUGS from me, Uta π
A funny notion indeed, Linda. π Our dog did get very sick in the end and had to be put down just before Caroline turned three. π¦
One week ago Caroline did turn 41 :-), and Monika, another daughter of ours, did turn 61. π
Our youngest, very lovely great-granddaughter, who is a granddaughter of Monika, is exactly three months old and we saw her today. π
I think Caroline is in that picture about three months! π

What a fabulous photo! You look lovely. And the oldest one in the photo is the dog. Isn’t that a funny notion?
