I happen to like tonic water, in moderation that is, preferably diluted with water and maybe some whisky added.
I like marmalade very much and I like to add a piece of lemon to a glass of water. 🙂
Maybe I do not have to bother about creating quinine for good health! 🙂
A lot of vitamin C is what I do need on a permanent basis. 🙂
Quinine has been used in malaria, leg cramps, restless leg, etc. As a registered nurse, I remember giving it to patients.
