This is early morning. It is still very cold outside. I have the heater on, so the room is getting nice warm now. I have a cup of tea beside me. I already planned what I would be cooking today. I am going to take the two beef patties out of the freezer. I’ll steam the patties with lots of onions. I am going to have some sauerkraut with some of the meat as well as some other vegies. For a drink I can have pineapple juice or maybe some beer?
Very soon I am going to cook some porridge for breakfast. Today is Thursday. That means this morning I am going to prepare the bins to be taken to the kerbside. I could not help myself: I looked up the following!

Hi, Carolyn! It is just a bit after 5 AM here in NSW, Australia, and I am at the computer already. Thank you so much for commenting, dear Carolyn. I mean to get a few likes is very nice too, but getting a comment, even a short comment, is extremely valuable for keeping some kind of communication going. You are so good at making time for this kind of communication. I appreciate it very much.
Sadly, most of us are always running out of time. It can be rather difficult to decide what sort of reading is possible to accomplish on all the websites that are available to us. Unfortunately I am a very slow reader with lots of different interests, and I find it always difficult to read everything that is of interest to me, and what I read, a lot of it I do not seem to be able to retain sufficiently for future reference.
Your comments, dear Carolyn, for sure do increase people’s confidence. I feel so privileged that you always choose to keep up with my writing among your vast followers that you also take care to communicate with. My dinner yesterday turned out to be absolutely beautiful and I had some beer with it! 🙂
Today I had another wonderful meal with what was left from yesterday’s dinner: Beautifully spiced beef patty, sauerkraut, carrot and potato. And also a bit of beer! 🙂
