Auntie, Sister. Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Mother and Wife of German Descent I've lived in Australia since 1959 together with my husband Peter. We have four children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. I started blogging because I wanted to publish some of my childhood memories. I am blogging now also some of my other memories. I like to publish some photos too as well as a little bit of a diary from the present time. Occasionally I publish a story with a bit of fiction in it. I loved this, Uta. Wouldn’t it have been special to see him perform live!
I’ve always enjoyed Mr. Cohen’s voice and powerful heart-touching words. 🙂
Yes, Carolyn, to listen to his voice does something to my heart!
HUGS to you too! ❤
it’s great to hear how he adapted his songs to the demising range of his voice as he grew older – this must have been a fantastic tour, and all because he had been cheated out of his earnings! Well, the public certainly benefited from his pain.
Yes, Cat, it is great, the way his older voice sounds! I just love to listen to it. 🙂
