Today, Monday, 29th July, we went to Lake Illawarra which is only a five minute drive away from where we live. It was a beautiful sunny winter day.

  The playground is quite stunning. 🙂
  And all the fitness equipment was installed for the use of people between 12 and 40. It is advised to supervise children under 12. It says people over 40 should consult their doctor before using the equipment!
  The fitness equipment has been installed in three different sections close to the lake. Each section has about four different types of equipment that people can use for free. 🙂

    That is so awesome that they install exercise equipment free of charge! What a great incentive to get healthy for a next to nothing cost!
