Maybe this Palm Tree grew even a bit more by now?

  1. Enjoyed those pics Uta, love the Lantana flowers, reminds me of my times in the Glass house mountains with the army and at Mount Tambourine.
Rasberries look delicious but be wary as councils do spray them.
That hat must have won a prize at Flemington.
    Cheers

    1. I am glad you enjoyed those pics, Ian.
The Lantana flowers may look lovely, but the Lantana plants spread too easily and, unfortunately, over time tend to displace all native vegetation. It has been a while since we had working bees looking after the bush along the creek. And it shows!
I think the berries are mulberries. I resisted the temptation to eat any of them. They looked so nice and I wanted them only for my picture. If they were blackberries, the council for sure would want to eradicate them. This one little tree was quite a surprise. I discovered it only a couple of days ago on my early morning walk.
As far as my large hat goes, maybe it would cause a stir at Flemington, ha, ha! I did inherited it from Mum in 1994! I always liked her in that hat. πŸ™‚
      Cheers
      Uta
