Marcin Kaczmarski is Assistant Professor at the University of Warsaw and Head of China-EU Programme at the Centre for Eastern Studies. His research interests include rising powers, peaceful change in international politics and the role of domestic politics in foreign policy. He has published in International Affairs, Europe-Asia Studies, International Politics and Problems of Post-Communism. He is the author of the article “Non-western visions of regionalism: China’s New Silk Road and Russia’s Eurasian Economic Union.”

    1. Maybe there won’t be a new election. She may stay in government but without the Social Democrats. This is going to make governing very tough for her. It looks like it might be a minority government same as here in Australia the Gillard government was.
