In November 2013 I had a carpal tunnel relief operation!
This picture was taken on Thursday, 21st November 2013, the day after my operation. We were out for ninety minutes. When we arrived back home we soon noticed that our place had been burgled.
On that Thursday we had had breakfast with Caroline and Matthew in our backyard. Little did we know on that beautiful morning that we would be burgled on the same day while we were out for lunch!

Here are some more pictures from that reserve where I like to walk nearly every morning! These pictures are a few years old. But the reserve is still wonderful for little walks. And I always enjoy all the trees. Some of them have grown a real lot!
The weeks go so quickly. I can’t believe it’s Saturday again. Last Saturday we were at that conference in Sydney. I think on the Saturday before this I went to the swimming pool. Actually I would love to go to the swimming pool again today even if it is a cloudy day with no sun. The water in the pool is always kept at 24C.
I definitely have to go for walks again today whether there’s sun or not. Last Thursday it was pouring. So I missed out on my walk on that day. But Peter drove me to my heart moves class, which was good. Marta. our instructor, had to cancel. But lovely Janet was prepared to take her place on short notice. Janet said Marta had a pinched nerve, I think she mentioned her back. My pinched nerve is in my right wrist. It’s still painful. However because…

I still love to go on these walks in our neighbourhood!
I forgot what time of the day it was when I took the following pictures on one of my little walks. But I can see it was a sunny day. I always think it is delightful to see the sun-rays shining through the various trees and plants.
I like to investigate a bit more this ‘Natural Burial’ business!

Interesting tips for working from home!
I have my complaints, but I am grateful I have an opportunity to work from home and even more grateful I am living in a home that makes it relatively easy to just #stayathome to help #flattenthecurve. Having said that, it’s not my dream job, but it’s what I have now and it helps pay the bills.
